Stephen Bukoff is a seasoned culinary leader with experience in luxury hotels, major city markets, and top food-driven concepts. A Culinary Institute of America graduate, he began at Four Seasons Boston in 2004 and spent 18 years growing across Boston, Westlake Village, Vancouver, and Denver—rising from intern to Executive Sous Chef.
He’s since held two key executive roles: Executive Chef at The Langham Boston, overseeing five outlets including Grana and The Fed; and Executive Chef for F1 Arcade’s U.S. launch, building multiple venues and a high-energy “eatertainment” program.
His food philosophy is simple: spotlight great ingredients, respect their source, and keep technique honest. He values local, sustainable product—especially New England’s—and brings a global lens shaped by cooking, traveling, and learning dishes at their origins.
Outside the kitchen, he’s a Bruins fan, ice-cream-in-the-dark loyalist, novice Pickleballer, and a mentor known for pushing teams forward. He sees hospitality as community, creativity as routine, and leadership as discipline balanced with humor and heart.
