Video Recording & Media
By entering and/or playing at ELEVENO Pickleball courts, Users consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Such media may be used by ELEVENO for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms owned by Meta Platforms, Inc.
Participation at ELEVENO constitutes a waiver of any rights to inspect or approve such materials and releases ELEVENO from liability related to their use.
Meta & Advertising
ELEVENO may use technologies such as the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, deliver targeted ads, and understand how Users interact with ELEVENO content online. Users can adjust ad preferences in their Meta account settings.
Data Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
Users may:

By using elevenopickleball.com or ELEVENO facilities, Users agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Modifications
ELEVENO may update Terms & Conditions at any time, posting changes on this page with a “last updated” date.
Court Booking & Payments
- 
Bookings require advance payment unless otherwise specified 
- 
Cancellations made within 12 hours may be refunded or credited; late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable 
- 
ELEVENO reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings for safety or operational reasons 
- 
 
Conduct & Facility Use
- 
Respectful conduct toward staff and players is required 
- 
Damage to courts, equipment, or facilities may result in liability 
- 
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund 
- 
Players under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian unless otherwise permitted 
Media, Marketing & Advertising
By using ELEVENO services, Users consent to:

Being photographed or recorded at ELEVENO facilities 
- 
Use of such media in promotional and advertising content (including Meta platforms) 
- 
Tracking via Meta Pixel or similar technologies for marketing and retargeting purposes 
Users waive the right to review or approve such materials.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by ELEVENO and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in pickleball and related activities involves inherent risks. By participating, Users release ELEVENO and its affiliates from liability for injury, damage, or claims, except as prohibited by law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by Massachusetts law. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; if unresolved, disputes may proceed to arbitration under Massachusetts law.
